I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Independently set up CNC milling machines and lathes according to production requirements for precision component machining.
Read and interpret technical drawings and machining programs, select cutting tools, and set tool and work offsets.
Ensure finished parts meet technical specifications and high precision requirements.
Measure and inspect part dimensions using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and height gauges.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure reliable operation.
Follow 5S practices and workplace safety procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
WORK LOCATION: Group 10, Tan Cang Quarter, Phuoc Tan Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Open positions: 6 experienced CNC milling/turning setup technicians and 6 workpiece loading and clamping operators.
College diploma or higher in Mechanical Manufacturing, Metal Cutting, Electromechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in precision component machining is preferred.
Preference will be given to hardworking, dedicated candidates who are eager to learn and seek long-term employment.
At least 2 years of experience in CNC milling/turning machine setup and operation, with the ability to read technical drawings. Additional training will be provided.
Male candidates.
Experience operating automated CNC machines. Experience with simultaneous 5-axis CNC milling is an advantage.
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
Careful, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Good teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with other departments.
Willingness to work rotating 8-hour shifts across three shifts, with rotation every two weeks.
III. BENEFITS
Monthly salary: VND 14–20 million, depending on skills and position, excluding overtime pay, plus bonuses for exceeding KPI targets.
